Fizzy Basil Apricot Gin Cocktail

  • Gin
  • Apricots
  • Basil
  • Ginger ale
Instructions
  1. Slice 3 apricots and place in large jar.
  2. Crush or slightly tear 1/4 of basil (small handful) and toss over apricots.
  3. Cover ingredients with Gin, shake, and let sit for 4 weeks.
  4. Shake again, strain, and serve with ginger ale over ice.
