Fizzy Basil Apricot Gin Cocktail

- Ginger ale
- Slice 3 apricots and place in large jar.
- Crush or slightly tear 1/4 of basil (small handful) and toss over apricots.
- Cover ingredients with Gin, shake, and let sit for 4 weeks.
- Shake again, strain, and serve with ginger ale over ice.
