Ginger Peach Moonshine

  1. Slice two peaches
  2. Coarsely chop a 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
  3. Put both in large jar and fill with moonshine.
  4. Dip a bag of raspberry tea into jar, hanging string over lip.
  5. Seal and store in a cool, dry place.
  6. Shake once daily for 3 weeks, then crack open and enjoy over ice.
