Lemon Lavender Shortbread Moonshine

- Cookies (Shortbread)
- Place 10-15 cookies (to taste) in the bottom of a large jar.
- Wash and slice lemon, and layer on top.
- Add 2-3 sprigs of fresh lavender.
- Seal and store in a cool, dry place.
- Let set for 4 weeks, shaking only once before serving.
