Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie Cocktail

- Cinnamon (whole)
- Simple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
- Add 1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb and 1 1/2 c. chopped strawberries to large jar.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
- Add in 2 cinnamon sticks.
- Fill jar with vodka and let sit at least 2 weeks, shaking daily.
- Serve warmed with a splash of simple syrup for sweetness.
