Red Currant liquor, champagne, peychaud bitters
Instructions
- Recipe Red Currant Liqueur1kg of red currants300g sugar1l vodka300 ml water. Wash currants and remove from style.. Bring currants with the sugar and water to the boil briefly until the sugar dissolves.. Let cool and mix with the vodka. Leave covered for a day and filter.
