Fire up Coconut Cocktail
White Rum, pineapple and coconut liqueur, pineapple juice, ?lime juice, coconut milk, homemade red chili syrup
Ingredients
- 45ml White Rum
- 15ml pineapple and coconut liqueur
- 15ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml coconut milk
- 5ml homemade red chili syrup
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Rim glass with shredded coconut. Double strain the cocktail into glass and garnish with extra chili and lime.
