- 2 oz butterscotch bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz red wine
Add all ingredients (except the red wine) into a cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add one large ice cube, and shake again for another 20-30 seconds. Double strain into an ultra chic triangular whiskey glass with a clear ice sphere. Slowly pour in red wine off the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with a lovely dehydrated lemon wheel.
