To make the Dalgona, combine 45 grams of instant coffee, granulated sugar, and cold water along with .5 oz of Bigallet China-China Amer. Whip via Kitchen aide or by hand on high until thick and frothy. This will take about 10-15 minutes. Much long if by hand.
