Ingredients
  

  • 1kg Ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Salt Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Dry Vermouth
  • 6 sprigs Lemon Thyme
  • Good Crack of Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • I whizzed all together in?on speed 10 for 2 minutes?Line a large sieve with a nut milk bag and place it over a bowl or saucepan.?Pour the tomato mixture into the sieve and tie up the bag.?Allow to hang until water is extracted. Refrigerate!?I have simply served this delicious tomato water with extra tomatoes and lemon thyme.
