Ingredients
  

  • 60ml/2oz Dry Gin
  • 30ml/1oz Lemon Juice
  • 15ml/0.5oz Rich Simple Syrup
  •  1 egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Shake all with ice and strain back into shaker

Step 2

  • Shake all without ice

Step 3

  • Double strain over fresh ice 

Step 4

  • Garnish
