Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Speyside Single Malt Scotch
  • 1 oz Machuca Rhum
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup
  • 0.75 Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 tsp High Whipped Egg White Powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a Boston shaker with four ice cubes. Shake vigorously until the ice completely dissolves. Add more ice and shake vigorously for another minute. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a honey comb.
