  • ?5 oz Cold Brew
  • 5 oz Maple Syrup
  • 5 oz NOLA Coffee Liqueur
  • 5 oz China-China Amer
  • 4 dashes of Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • Bigallet China-China Amer spiked

Instructions
 

  • To make the Dalgona, combine 45 grams of instant coffee, granulated sugar, and cold water along with .5 oz of Bigallet China-China Amer. Whip via Kitchen aide or by hand on high until thick and frothy. This will take about 10-15 minutes. Much long if by hand.
