- 3/4 cup of minced shallots.
- 2 minced garlic cloves.
- 2 cups of Orzo.
- 6 cups of boiling water.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme.

- In a saucepan, add butter and cook over medium heat.
