There are 8 new surprises to discover, so even long-time fans will have something to look forward to!

Premiering the signature Hainanese dish – Coconut Chicken Broth, immerse yourself in the harmonious fusion of succulent chicken and the rich creaminess of coconut. Three types of carefully selected coconuts ensure the ideal flavour, with the key lying in the broth that enhances its savoury fragrance.
The ideal combination of beef and seafood – Ultimate Surf ‘n’ Turf Platter – where premium cuts of tender short ribs and ocean-fresh seafood unite to create a harmonious symphony of tastes, leaving patrons craving for more.
The must-try Shrimp Paste Wrapped in Bamboo Fungus is a true masterpiece delighting the senses with its unique texture and aroma; highly recommended to eat with the Coconut Chicken Broth.
Handmade Beef Tendon Balls, crafted with a 4:1 golden ratio of beef to tendon, boast a heavenly blend of flavors and textures, offering a palatable experience that is both rich and satisfying.
Prepared with precision and care, our 8-Second Bean Curd Skin exhibits a delectable tenderness that melts in your mouth. This dish captures the essence of speed and flavor. Another 8-Second Baby Spinach is a new experience of ultimate freshness and tenderness with our 6-10 week baby spinach! While regular spinach takes 90-120 days to grow, it’s elevated to new heights with our unique cooking technique, retaining essential nutrients and vibrant color in a tantalizing 8-second masterpiece.
Wash the food down with the palate-cleansing bubbly sodas – Fresh Orange Soda Drink and Creamy Matcha Coconut. The Fresh Orange Soda Drink is freshly made with a great source of Vitamin C while the Creamy Matcha Coconut sees the bittersweet elegance of matcha harmonize with the luscious creaminess of coconut, creating an enchanting and unforgettable treat.
