Ingredients and doses for 4 people:
8 slices of toast bread
100 g of courgettes in oil
160 g of spicy pecorino
40 g of olive paté
extra virgin olive oil
Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Season them with salt, pepper and a little oil.
Drain the courgettes. With a potato peeler reduce the pecorino cheese.
Spread half the slices of bread with the olive paté, cover with the tomatoes, courgettes and with the cheese flakes, close with the remaining slices of bread.
Close the toast in four sheets of aluminum foil and put it to heat in the keyboard.
Discard the paper and serve.
