Egg White Gin Cocktail
Old Tom Gin, Egg white, Fresh Lime Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, heavy cream, Soda Water
Ingredients
- 2 oz Old Tom Gin
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz soda water
- 3 dashes of orange flower water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the soda water in a cocktail shaker, and dry shake for at least 1 minute. Add a large ice cube, and shake again until well chilled. Add one ounce of soda water to a collins glass. Double strain your cocktail into the glass until you reach the top. You'll still have some goodness in your cocktail shaker. Pop your glass in the freezer for 3 mins to set your drink and foam. Then, double strain the remaining amount in the cocktail shaker into the glass (pour directly down the middle), and allow the foam to reach a full erection. Be proud!
