Periwinkle Princess Gin Cocktail
?gin, lemon juice, heavy cream, gum syrup, red wine, Egg White
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz heavy cream
- 0.5 oz gum syrup
- 1 egg white
- red wine as required
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except wine) in a cocktail shaker without ice, and shake hard for 1 minute. Add one large ice cube and shake again for another 30 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass. Allow the foam to settle for 2 minutes. Over the back of a bar spoon, slowly float red wine. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
