For those who found our Mango Salsa Moonshine a bit too spicy, this is a sweeter, mellower drink with all the same great mango flavor. Start by adding 3 sliced mangos to a large jar and cover with moonshine. You could also use gin for this recipe, but we preferred the moonshine version. Seal the jar and store in a cool place for about 3 weeks, shaking every few days. Strain the mixture and add a tbsp of simple syrup per quart of moonshine. Shake again and let sit 1-2 more weeks before serving.
