Ingredients
  

  • 45ml Tequila Blanco
  • 30ml Orange Liqueur
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Rosemary Syrup (home-made)
  • 10ml Pink Grapefruit Cordial
  • 45ml Freshly Squeezed Ruby Grapefruit

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail with plenty of ice and shake. Strain into a glass...enjoy!. Rosemary Syrup...Equal parts sugar and water bring to the boil. Add 5 sprigs of rosemary and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cool and strain into a jar...Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and fresh rosemary from your garden. Tasmanian Pepper berry salt on the rim.
