Ingredients: 175 grams grated cottage-cheese, 60 grams, boiled mash potatoes, 1 chopped green chili, 15 grams chopped coriander leaves, 20 grams chopped capsicum, 20 grams grated cheese, salt and pepper, 20 grams channa powder, and 10m oil.

How to cook:

? Keep oil aside and mix all the ingredients

? Divide the content into equal parts

? Make rolls in a cylinder shape

? Pre-heat your air-fryer at the temperature of 180 ? C for about 4 minutes

? Coat the basked of the air fryer with melted butter

? Brush the cylinder-shaped seekh with oil and put them in a basket

? Preheat the air fryer for 4 minutes at 180 ? C.

Ingredients: 250 grams ladyfinger, salt, two tablespoons gram flour, one tablespoon chili powder, one tablespoon chaat masala, half tablespoon mango powder, and 10 ml oil.
