Gin, Lemon Juice, Rich Simple Syrup, egg white, Angostura Bitters

- 60ml/2oz Dry Gin
- 30ml/1oz Lemon Juice
- 15ml/0.5oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions

- Shake all with ice and strain back into shaker
Step 2
- Shake all without ice
Step 3
- Double strain over fresh ice
