Apple Liqueur gin cocktail
gin, ?sour apple liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, ?slices of green apple, sorrel leaves
Ingredients
- 40 ml gin
- 20 ml sour apple liqueur
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- 3-4 slices of green apple
- 5-6 sorrel leaves
Instructions
- Muddle apple and sorrel in the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with green apple slices.
