Blueberry Ramos Fizz
Aviation gin, fresh lime juice, ?blueberry syrup, club soda.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Aviation gin
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml homemade blueberry syrup
- 45 ml heavy cream
- 2 drops of orange-flower water
- 60 ml club soda
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice and strain into a a glass without ice. I did a dry shake first then added the ice. Top slowly with the club soda.
