Champagne cocktail
Use gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, champagne
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz champagne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top it off with champagne, and garnish with a nice strip of lemon peel and rosemary because it smells lovely.
