Instructions
- Usually I'm not a fan of mixing coconuts and gin, but the grapefruit manages to balance the two out really nicely. Add to jar 5 or 6 strips of coconut flesh (fresh is best, but dried will do in a pinch) and 1 grapefruit sliced. Cover with gin and let sit for 4 weeks. Strain off fruit and let sit another week before serving.
