Dalgona Whipped Coffee Cocktail
Cold Brew, Maple Syrup, ?NOLA Coffee Liqueur, China-China Amer
Ingredients
- ?5 oz Cold Brew
- 5 oz Maple Syrup
- 5 oz NOLA Coffee Liqueur
- 5 oz China-China Amer
- 4 dashes of Xocolatl Mole Bitters
- Bigallet China-China Amer spiked
Instructions
- To make the Dalgona, combine 45 grams of instant coffee, granulated sugar, and cold water along with .5 oz of Bigallet China-China Amer. Whip via Kitchen aide or by hand on high until thick and frothy. This will take about 10-15 minutes. Much long if by hand.
