Eldemot Bourbon Cocktail
Bourbon, St~Germain, lemon juice, ?homemade bergamot syrup
Ingredients
- 45 ml Bourbon
- 15 ml St~Germain
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml homemade bergamot syrup
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
