Empress Gin Cocktail
gin, pisco, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, Peychaud's bitters
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz pisco
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, and stir with ice until well chilled. Strain into a baller rocks glass with a clear ice sphere and garnish with a lemon twist.
