- Gin
- Basil
- apricots
- Ginger Ale
Instructions
- Slice 3 apricots and place in large jar. Crush or slightly tear 1/4 of basil (small handful) and toss over apricots. Cover ingredients with Gin, shake, and let sit for 4 weeks. Shake again, strain, and serve with ginger ale over ice.
