Ingredients
- Mint leaves
- 2 Lime wedges
- Ice cubes
- 100 ml Prosecco
- A splash of sparkling Water
Instructions
- Add Mint leaves and 2 Lime wedges (I like to gently squeeze the lime wedges) into a Wine glass. Add Ice cubes, 100 ml Prosecco & a splash of sparkling Water. Give it a stirr and drink it out of a Straw.

Hugo is a slightly alcoholic aperitif based on Prosecco, Elderflower syrup, sparkling Water, Lime and Mint leaves.[br]It was founded in North Italy but widespread in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
