Mexican Hugo Drink Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• Mint leaves
• 2 Lime wedges
• Ice cubes
• 100 ml Prosecco
• A splash of sparkling Water

Instructions

1. Add Mint leaves and 2 Lime wedges (I like to gently squeeze the lime wedges) into a Wine glass. Add Ice cubes, 100 ml Prosecco & a splash of sparkling Water. Give it a stirr and drink it out of a Straw.

Notes

Hugo is a slightly alcoholic aperitif based on Prosecco, Elderflower syrup, sparkling Water, Lime and Mint leaves.
It was founded in North Italy but widespread in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
