Sake, Calvados, Rice Tea Syrup, Chambord, Lemon Juice, Umami Bitters, Miraculous Foamer
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sake
- 0.5 oz Calvados
- 0.75 oz Rice Tea Syrup
- 0.25 oz Chambord
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Umami Bitters
- 2 Dashes Peychaud’sMiraculous Foamer
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice, shake again and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish: Raspberry Dust
