Pliny's Tonic Cocktail
gin, habanero infused simple syrup, lime juice, ?habanero shrub, mint leaves, lime wedges.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz habanero infused simple syrup
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 4 drops habanero shrub
- 6 mint leaves
- 4 slices of cucumber
- 2 lime wedges
Instructions
- Add the lime wedges, cucumber slices, and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
