  • 1.5 Oz. Slivovitz
  • 0.75 Oz. Kokuto Umeshu
  • 0.5 Oz. Plum Syrup (juice the plums using a juicer, add 80% sugar by weight, stir until dissolved)
  • 0.75 Oz. Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Shake until cold, fine strain to a beautiful glass
