- 2 parts Altos Anejo Tequila
- 1 part housemade lemon raspberry syrup
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- Sage leaves
- 3 dashes Copper and Kings Absinthe
Instructions
- Combine tequila, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and 2 large, fresh sage leaves in shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into large, coupe rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with sage leaf..
