Strawberry Pisco Cocktail
Pisco, Lemon Juice, Strawberry Puree, simple syrup.
Ingredients
- 1oz Pisco
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz Strawberry Puree
- 0.25 Giffard vanilla
- 0.25oz simple syrup
- 0.75oz egg white
- Strained over 1oz Prosecco
Instructions
- (Method)Shake all ingredients less the Prosecco. Add Prosecco to a coupe glass and pour mixture on top of it. Let egg white foam settle and then spritz Ms Better Bitters Sumac and kiwi bitters on top using an atomizer and stencil.
