Instructions

We're big fans of both alliteration and amazing flavor profiles, and this drink let us combine those two passions for the betterment of mankind. Seriously, the world is a better place for this drink. Add a small handful each of star anise and coriander (both whole, not ground) to a large jar. Roughly chop or tear a large handful of lemongrass and add. Wash, peel, and slice off a few pieces of fresh ginger, adding them to the jar as well. Fill with Vodka and store in a cool, dark place for 5 weeks, or until the coriander has softened. Shake and serve straight or use as a base for crafting Asian-inspired cocktails.
