Ingredients
- Vodka
- Chai seeds
- Lemon juice
- Agave Nectar
- Water
Instructions
- Fans of chia fresca will find this to be a pretty familiar recipe, and it certainly has the most unique texture of any drink we've posted thus far. Start by mixing the chia fresca. In a large bottle or glass add 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp agave nectar for every cup of water. Shake mixture well and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. Now add vodka to taste (we wound up with about 1 oz per cup of chia fresca) and shake once more to ensure even distribution of vodka and chia seeds. Do NOT serve over ice, though a wedge of fresh lime or lemon makes and excellent garnish for this drink.
