Watermelon Cucumber cocktail
?gin, ?watermelon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, ?cucumber slices
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz watermelon juice
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 cucumber slices
- Citrus tonic
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber slices in the bottom of your cocktail shaker and add the remaining ingredients (except the tonic). Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass with a clear ice spear. Top it off with some dry citrus tonic and garnish with watermelon flowers.
