Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz watermelon juice
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • Citrus tonic

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the cucumber slices in the bottom of your cocktail shaker and add the remaining ingredients (except the tonic). Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass with a clear ice spear. Top it off with some dry citrus tonic and garnish with watermelon flowers.
