- 45ml Tequila Blanco
- 30ml Orange Liqueur
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Rosemary Syrup (home-made)
- 10ml Pink Grapefruit Cordial
- 45ml Freshly Squeezed Ruby Grapefruit
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail with plenty of ice and shake. Strain into a glass...enjoy!. Rosemary Syrup...Equal parts sugar and water bring to the boil. Add 5 sprigs of rosemary and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cool and strain into a jar...Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and fresh rosemary from your garden. Tasmanian Pepper berry salt on the rim.
